Going back to Austin deciding to buy this Lakehouse, he immediately needs to restore the first room 'cuz his mother started inviting people for a house-warming.
With the house-warming ending successfully, Austin later invites Robbie over upon learning that his daughter wants to go camping. This doesn't end like your usual summer camp, and Robbie even manages to build a whole house while on "vacation".
With their vacation ending and Robbie and his daughter heading home, Austin then discovers a heap of cookware in another room of his house. This leads to another cooking show starring Austin's mother, featuring homemade pastries, chocolates, and cheese! (Let's not forget their personal donut cafe...)

Austin finally opens the second floor of his humble cabin as he invites his artist friend over. This leads us to getting an "art studio", wherein Austin's mom even gets to write her first published book!
